Is Reverse Osmosis Water safe to drink?
Yes, reverse osmosis water is completely safe to drink. RO water is nearly pure; it contains almost no contaminants whatsoever. Some of those “contaminants”, such as calcium and magnesium, are important for your diet. However, most people get all their minerals through diet and don’t need tap water to supplement it.

In general, yes, reverse osmosis can be used to make even the most contaminated water safe.
